"there's a fine line between seeking to create beautiful art and covering up the ugly but necessarily confronting truth"
With a degree level educational background centering around design, I naturally gravitated more towards fine art, returning to where my creative passions began (*7 years old with my fathers watercolours and a study of a Fuchsia).
Romanticised architectural forms shape much of my resent work, whilst still addressing a human level of the inevitable end amidst a climate crisis. Themes include pre and post 'civilisation', love, sex, apocalypse and climate change.
My paintings and earthenware sculptures follow a figurative, expressionist style, while my illustrations and drawings tend to be more illustrative and macabre.
